Terms and Conditions

1. Rates and Inclusions

• All quoted rates include car parking and tolls.
• A “Point to Point” journey refers to a transfer from one pick-up location directly to one drop-off location.
• Additional charges may apply if extra services are requested during the transfer.
• For airport pick-ups, the quoted rate includes one hour of waiting time, calculated based on the official flight arrival time listed on the Airport Authority website. For all other pick-ups, we allow 15 minutes of waiting time.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Standard Vehicles (Executive Saloon, Luxury Saloon, MPV):
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled local pick-up time.
  • For pick-ups outside of Waterford, cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance, plus the applicable driving time from Waterford City.

• Other Services (Coaches, Tour Guides, Coordinators, Greeters):
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled local pick-up time.

• Private Tours:
  • For private tours lasting 1-3 days, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • For private tours lasting 3-5 days, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
  • For private tours lasting 6 or more days, cancellations must be made at least 28 days in advance.

• No-Show Policy:
  • If a passenger does not show up for the scheduled service, a “No Show” fee will apply, equivalent to the transfer rate for the booked service.
  • If a “No Show” occurs, we will attempt to contact the booking contact or passenger. If we are unable to make contact, the chauffeur will be instructed to leave.

• Wedding Car Deposits:
  • Deposits for wedding car bookings are non-refundable if canceled within 12 months of the scheduled wedding date.
